Employment Opportunities
Join a practice that values being human.
At Still Point Therapy, we believe in creating space — for clients, for growth, and for
ourselves. We’re a trauma-informed, systems-oriented practice that values
authenticity, curiosity, and grounded presence.
Our culture is built on honesty, collaboration, and a willingness to show up as whole
humans. We take a decolonized approach to mental health, honoring both the
individual and the collective systems that shape us. If you’re drawn to this kind of
work, you may find your still point here.
Open to Ongoing Inquiries
We’re always open to connecting with individuals who resonate with our mission and values. Whether you’re a licensed clinician, pre-licensed clinician, graduate student seeking practicum placement, or undergraduate student interested in administrative experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Our model allows for hybrid work — offering both in-person sessions in Jefferson City and Telehealth services throughout Missouri. Still Point provides furnished and unfurnished office spaces, with space availability determined by licensure and employment status (full- or part-time).
All furnishing costs are covered by Still Point, and clinicians are encouraged to personalize their space to reflect their aesthetic and therapeutic style. We believe your workspace should feel like an extension of who you are — grounded, authentic, and aligned with your clinical voice.
Supervision & Support
Still Point provides supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians and advanced practicum students. If your specific licensure requires supervision that cannot be provided in-house, Still Point will reimburse supervision costs to ensure you receive the guidance and support you need for professional growth.
Compensation & Structure
Compensation is competitive and reflective of experience, licensure, and employment status. Our goal is to cultivate sustainable, flexible opportunities for clinicians who want to do meaningful work without compromising their values or well-being. Still Point strives to be collaborative and flexible, ensuring that each provider’s role and compensation structure align with their professional goals, availability, and areas of specialization.
